INGREDIENTS

paani =goondhney key liye 

METHOD

ker choti choti roti ki tarah beil lein isi 

tarah 7-8 roti beil ker unhein  aik 

doosrey key ooper rukhti jaein laikin 

in tamaam rotiyon key beech mein 

ghee zaroor lagatey janaa hei,jub

,phir garam tawey mein hulka saa 

seink lein ,ub putti ki tarah cutting ker

Qimay kaa amizaa

Qimay ko masaley  (namak,zeera,

kooti laal mirch ,huldi,piyaaz kootaa 

sabut dhunyaa)  daal ker bhoon ker 

putti mein lapait ker qimaa samoosa 

teyyaar ker lein .

Chutni yaa ketchup key saath serve kerein saath 

mein raita ho tou ziyadah lazeez
