Ingredients
Chicken =1 kg
Cumin seeds = 2 tspoon (crushed)
ground black pepper = 2 tbspoon
Fresh coriander = 4 tbspoon
chopped
red chilli powder=2 tea spoon
Yogurt =1 cup(lightly blended )
Ginger flaks = 3tea spoon
Green chillies =5
Salt =as needed
Method
Put oil and add chicken, fry until the chicken’s colour changed, then add red chilli,black pepper, cumin and salt, fry for few minutes. Add yogurt and fry until yogurt mix well. Cover and let it cook until chicken is done well.Then fry until the yogurt’s water dries. Then garnish with ginger flakes, coriander and green chillies .
Serve with paratha or taaftaan.
