JHUTPUT ANDEY KA SALUN IN URDU




jhut put andey ka salun in urdu

Ingredients

Andey= 3(bowl mein torr ker nikaal 

lein ,zardi sabut rahein )
tamater=3
adruk lehsun=2tea spoons
piyaaz=1 (bahut bareek ommlette ki 
tarah kaat lein)
pisi laal mirch=1tbl spooms
huldi powder=1/4 teaspoon
namak=1teaspoon
harimirch=4

Method

Oil garam karkey  piyaaz ko pink 

karein aur adruk lehsun daal ker 

bhoonein phir tamater daal ker mash 

karein masaley bhi saath daal lein 

jub tamater mash ho jaaaein,hulkaa 

shorbaa ker key andey daallein aur 

baghair hilaye dhukan dhuk dein 6 

minute baad dekhein ,zardi sakht 

hogaee ho tou palut lein  hari mirch 

cheera lagaa ker daalein 5 minute 

aur dum per rukh ker dish mein 

nikaal lein bahut lazeez dish jo jhut 

put tayyaar hoti hai. Parathey key 

saath naashtey mein bahut mazedar lugtein hein.
