Jhut put tayaar honey waali sabzi hai,aur khawateen ki pasandeeda sabzi bhi hai.
Ingrediants
Baigun=250 g ,kaat ker namak milaa paani mein 20 minutes bhigo lein
Aaloo=2 , her aaloo key 8 tukrey ker lein
tamater=3 ,bareek kaat lein
piyaaz=1 ,bareek kaat lein
hari mirch= 4 ,chiraa laga lein
masaalay
laal pisi mirch=2 tea spoons
huldi powder=1/4 tea spoons
namak=1 tea spoons ya apni merzi sey
adruk lehsun paste=2tea spoons
oil=1/2 cup
Method
Karahi mein oil garam ker key piyaaz daal key pink kerein ,adrak lehsun daal ker bhoonein masaalay daal ker bhoon ker tamater daal ker in ko naram ker lein aloo aur baigun paani se nikaal ker tamaater mein shaamil ker dein 2 minutr bhoon kerr 1/2 cup pani shaamil ker key pehley 2 minute teiz aanch rakhein phir hari mirch daal ker aancu hulki ker dein jub sabzi gul jaaye teil bhi ooper aajaye tou dish mein nikaal lein.
Chapati ya rice key saath mazedaar lugtey hein .
