SPICY MURGH CHOLEY IN URDU

Spicy Murgh Cholay In Urdu

Ingredients:

Chicken    250gms
Safaid Chanay(boiled)   250gms
Hara Dhanya    2-3 tbsp
Piyaz(Bareek kati hoi)    1 
Adrak lehsan ka paste   2 tsp
Timatar        2 
Adrak(bareek slices  )    1 
Hari mirch    4  beech sey chiraa laga 

lein
Sabit Garam masala    1 tsp
Lal mirch powder    2 tsp
Chicken cubes 2
Huldi        1/2 tsp
Salt        Hasb-e-zaiqa (1/2 tsp )
Sabit Garam masala    1 tsp
Oil            1/2 cup    

Method:

Oil garam kar key  us main piyaaz  

golden brown kar lein .Is main adrak 

lehsan ka paste shamil kar key  kuch deir 

 bhonain phir chicken add kar dein.5 

minutes paka ker  is main timatar,  laal 

mirch, namak,sabit  garam masala, haldi 

dal kar pakney dein yahan tak k chicken 

aur  timatar gal jaein.
Is mein  boiled chanay dal dein or gravy 

key liye 2 cup pani dal kar 10 minute tak 

pakaaein.
Ab is mein hari mirch , hara dhanya aur 

Chicken cubes 2 daal kar 5 minute dam 

dey dein.
Adrak k bareek slices sey garnish ker 

lain.

Naan key saath lazeez lagtey hein.
