ingredients
beef =500gm tenderloin, flank steak , cut into pieces
cooking oil=5 tablespoons
garlic=4 clove, minced
ginger=2 tea spoon,sliced
green bell pepper=1, deseeded and cut into pieces
ground black pepper=2 teaspoon
Salt= to tasteFor the Marinade
onion=1, cut into strips
soy sauce=4 teaspoons
oyster sauce=1 teaspoon
cornstarch=1 teaspoon
olive oil =3teaspoon
sugar=1 teaspoon
method
Mix the beef with all the ingredients, about 20 minutes.Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat.
Stir-fry the beef until the beef is browned on the outside . Dish out and set aside.Heat the remaining oil in a skillet over high heat. Stir-fry
the garlic and the ginger until fregnant , and then add the green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion, and black pepper. Stir-fry until you smell the aroma from the ingredient.
Transfer the beef back into the skillet. Stir-fry until the beef is cooked very well .
Serve with rice.
