Yeh dish jhut put ready ho jaati hai.Aik cholhey per iski tayyaari karein aur doosrey cholhey per rice paka lein.
Ingredients
Chicken=250gm,chotey piece ker lein
Adruk lehsun=2tea spoons
Tamater=3 ,bareek kaat lein
Piyaaz=1 ,bareek kaat lein
Pisi laal mirch=2 tea spoons
Huldi powder= 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala=1/4 teaspoon
Hari mirch =4 ,dermiyaan sey chiraa Lagaa lein
Namak=hasb e zaiqa
Oil=1/4 cup
Method
Sub sey pehley piyaaz pink karein adruk lehsun daal ker bhoon lein,chicken daal ker golden ker lein,alag dish mein oil chaan ker nikaal lein,bachey hoowey oil mein tamater aur masala daal ker bhoonein aur tamater ko chumchey sey mash karein,tamater khoob ghul jaaein tou chicken daal ker 10 minute hulki aanch per paka lein,hari mirch daal ker 2 minute key leye dum per rukh dein.
Paratha yaa rice key saath serve karein.
