badaam=2 teaspoons,pees lein
kacha papeeta=2 teaspoons
piyaaz=1 ,pees lein
hari mirch=3 ,bareek kaat lein
hura dhunya=1 gaddi,bareek kaat lein
oil = hasb e zroorat
Method
Mince mein saaraa masalaa mix kerkey 1 ghuntey key liye fridge mein rukh dein.
phir mince ka aamizaa 2 tble spoon ley ker kabaabon ki shakal dey ker seekh mein pro lein ,dabaa dabaa ker seekh tayyar ker lein ,koalon mein seink ker kabaab tayyar ker lein ,brush sey kabaabon per oil lagaa lein surkh ho jaaney per nikaal lein .
Salaad sey garnish ker lein.
