PARATHA RECIPE IN ENGLISH



Paratha in english

Ingredients

Flour 250 gm

Salt  =1/2  tsp
Baking powder =1/2 tsp heaped
Sugar =1 tbsp heaped
Butter  =4 tbsp
Luke warm water 

Method

Mix altogether  in a bowl knead with 

Luke warm water into a medium 

dough, leave covered for 40 minutes, 

make into small balls, roll into 1/4 

plate size, sprinkle dry flour, cut from 

center, re roll to form into a cone, 

now roll paratha, put in between plastic sheet 

and freeze, remove and fry in ghee.
Serve with tea or egg fry.
