Chicken pieces=8-10
Ginger and garlic paste=2 tbl spoon
Food color=1 pinch
Lemon juice= 3 tea spoon
Kooti laal mirch=2 TBL SPOON
Salt=2 tea spoon
Oil=1/2 cup
For smoke
Charcoal
Bread piece
FOR GARNISHING
Onion= 2 (cut in round shape )
Tomato=3 ( cut in round shape )
Cucumber=3 (cut in round shape )
METHOD
Make cut with fork in chicken pieces, mix all ingrediants very well.
Place this mixture in the fridge for an hour .
After 1 hour cook the chicken very well.
Dry it 's excess water and cook red both sides of pieces.
Garnish with tomato,onion and cucumber.
Serve with sauce and raita.
