Ingredients

1 kg  aalo(potato) (boiled)

1/2 tea spoon zeera (cumin)

 1/2 tea spoon  kalonji (black seed)
salt  as required

1 piyaz (onion) (golden fry and grinded)

1tbl spoon grinded laal mirch(red pepper) (as required)
1/2 tea spoonsaunf( fennel seed ) (powdered)

1 tea spoon lehsun(grlic) (paste)

Samoson ki patti

Method

Mix all ingredints ,make a big ball,divide into equal small balls as you required.
take a samoosa patti and put a ball of mixture, then fold it in triangle shape.
Heat oil and deep  fry samoosa until golden brown.
Put  all ready samoosa in tissue paper for a few seconds.


SERVE WITH KETCHUP OR ANY SAUCE.
