Aataey mein ghee aur namak daal ker neem garam pani sey goondh lein.

Sub sey pehley piyaz slice mein kaat lein,phir pan mein 5 khaney kay chumchay ghee daal ker sunehra ker lein phir sabut laal mirch daal ker tul lein, pyaz aur mirchon ko chaan ker dish mein nikal lein ,thunda honey key baad piyaz aur mirch ko hathon sey choor lein isko aik taraf rekh dein.

aalooo kay aameizay ko aik size ke perro mein taqseem ker dein.
aatey kay mun pasand perray bana lein.aik perra ley ker us ko ungothey(thumb) sey duba ker key thora phaila ker us mein aaloo ka aamaiza wala perra rukh ker perrey ko bund ker lein ,
ub is perrray ko aatey ka khushka laga ker aaraamsey roti ki tarah beil lein aur ghee laga ker tawey per paka leim.
