finger fries

tea time

finger fries 

5 bread pieces
3 tbl spoon milk
2 tbl spoon butter
2 eggs
 4 tble spoon cheese crushed
oil deep fry
1/2 tea  spoon black pepper
salt as required

method

Cut the edges of breads and spread on the slice.Apply cheese in between slices.
Make sandwiches by joining the slice.
Cut slices into 4 pieces 
Make mixture of eggs ,black pepper and salt, beat it very well.
Dip the fingers into the mixture , immediately bring them out.
Heat oil to fry.
Deep fry  them until golden brown.

SERVE WITH AVAILABLE SAUCE OR CHUTNI
