chicken minced samoosa

2 cup chicken minced

1/2 tea spoon zeera (cumin)

1/2 tea spoon  kalonji (black seed)
salt  as required

1 piyaz (onion) (golden fry and grinded)

2 green chilli (chopped)

1tbl spoon grinded laal mirch(red pepper) (as required)
1/2 tea spoon saunf( fennel seed ) (powdered)

1 tea spoon lehsun(garlic) (paste)
Method

1- Mix all ingredients in boiled chicken minced ,
keep a side.

Samosa  patti
2- in fluor add asafoetida 1 pinch ,
salt as required and some spoon oil,mix it very well.
make dough,
take  a side for 2 hour.


3-make some patti and keep small ball  on it , make it a triangle shape 
heat oil and fry all samoosa until golden brown.

SERVE WITH GREEN YOUGURD SAUCE OR KETCHUP.
