MANGO ICECREAM IN ENGLISH
Ingredients
Mangoes=2, about 1 1/2 kg
Milk=1/2 cup,peel and cube it
Milk powder=100 gm
Cream=100 ml
Sugar= 1/2 cup
Method
Put the mangoes in a blender and puree it.
Combine in the sugar,milk powder and the cream.
Blend for3 minutes .
Put this this mixture in the freezer, take out after 1 hour and lightly beat it with a
fork and then put back in to set again, repeat for about 2-3 times
and finally just leave it in the freezer preferably overnight.
Enjoy creamy and fresh mango ice cream.
