CHOCOLATE ICECREAM IN ENGLISH

 Ingredients

2 cup =milk
8 =egg yolks
1 cup= granulated sugar
1/2 cup  =cocoa powder 
2 cup =heavy cream 
1/4 cup=crushed almond
2 teaspoons = vanilla extract

Method

In a  bowl, add the cocoa powder  ,the egg yolks and sugar; beat until thick and lemon colored; set aside. 
In a small saucepan over low to medium-low heat, add milk. 
Slowly bring milk just to a gentle simmer. 
Remove from heat.
Gradually stir hot milk into beaten egg,cocoa and sugar mixture with a wire whisk. 
Pour mixture back into the saucepan. Over low heat, stirring constantly, heat until the mixture
thickens and will coat the back of a metal spoon with a thin film. 
Immediately remove from heat.
Remove from heat and let custard cool.
Once the custard is cool place in a blender 
process until smooth, then cover and refrigerate 
until thoroughly chilled, after  at least 1 hour
keep it out ,beat with fork .
Place mixture back in the refrigerator for at least 8 hour.
