HYDERABADI METHOD MIRCH KA SALUN
Ingredients

Jalapeno Pepper=6
Roasted Peanuts=1/4 cup
Dry shredded coconut=1/4 cup 
Ginger- garlic paste - 2 tsp
Coriander powder= 1 tbsp
Sesame Seeds =1 tbsp
Cumin seeds = 1 tsp
Few Curry leaves
Onion =1 chopped
Green chillies = 6
Mustard seeds = 1 tsp
Tamarind Paste =3 tsp
Asafoetida = a pinch
Turmeric powder = 1/2 tsp
Oil=4 tbsp
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:-

Slit chillies and remove the seeds.
Stuff chillies with masala ( approx.1 t.s in 
each).
Heat  3 tbls oil in a pan ,stir fry chillies for 
1 minute ,remove and keep aside
 Now add cumin and mustard  in this pan,
when start crackling ,add tamarind paste and
stir fry for few seconds .
Combine the  remaining masala, fry for few
seconds and add 1 and 1/4 cup of water.
Add and let it boil  for 2 minutes on low heat.
Now add chillies, cover and cook for  few minutes.
Salan is ready to serve
Serve with paratha.
